Welcome to BallersBook AI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Purpose

BallersBook AI provides sports club management tools including AI-assisted coaching, roster management, attendance tracking, season planning, drill diagram design, and club financial management.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. User Content

You retain full ownership of all drills, diagrams, session plans, and other content you create on the platform. By submitting content, you grant BallersBook a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, render, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your club.

You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Billing & Payments

Payments for club invoices, plans, and subscription fees are processed securely through Stripe Connect. BallersBook does not store full payment card details on its servers. All financial transactions are governed by Stripe's terms and our privacy policy.

Club administrators are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of invoices and payment amounts before processing.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The BallersBook platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

BallersBook AI is a coaching aid, not a substitute for professional coaching judgment. We are not liable for training injuries, scheduling changes, or any decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions. Club administrators retain full responsibility for their training programs and athlete safety.

In no event shall BallersBook AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
